Migration & Development is a biannual, open-access, research journal
The Migration and Development Journal was created in 2003 as part of the activities of the International Network on Migration and Development (INMD / RIMD), based at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas. It is a vehicle for the dissemination of activities, studies, advancements, expert opinions, the thoughts and feelings of those who experience and work in migration and various other facets, perspectives and insights into International Migration and Development. All of the articles published in this Journal address topics of vital importance to the field and for decision-making, and are subject to rigorous peer review, which is performed by experts on each theme, chosen from a directory of specialists established in the years since its formation by the INMD. As this is a collective effort, all of the network's members are prepared to serve as arbiters, collaborators and also as promoters of the publication, which has brought awareness of the Journal to readers world-wide.
The Journal is published in print and on-line. Electronic ISSN 2448-7783 / Print ISSN 1870-7599.
